Pros

I like working at CITY because of the operating system created and taught to the leadership team. I get to work with a team of go-getters that enjoy the work they do, just like me. I get to analyze and improve processes through Kaizens, City Circles, and team workshops, all while using techniques & strategies taught to me through various leadership trainings hosted at CITY. If that wasn't enough, CITY often celebrates their associates and rewards top performers. Just last week I got to watch a Panthers playoff game in a suite with colleagues, the president of CITY Furniture, and his family.

Cons

Certain leadership courses are not easily attainable due to demand/capacity. Depending on your role in the organization, you may have to wait a while before attaining certain CITY lead leadership trainings.
