Have had a long career, and worked for quite a few companies. Never in my career have I felt so valued by an employer. From the top down—this company makes you feel valued, that your opinions count, and they want to do all they can to keep you happy. It sounds too good to be true, but It’s real. Management is driven by a very positive operation philosophy and it really makes a difference. Every workday starts with a meeting where your team takes a moment to celebrate each person who has really contributed to its success recently. This company is truly a unicorn amongst employers—and cannot recommend it enough!

A lot of competition for the job openings. Salaries aren’t as high as other companies, but the benefits make up for the difference.
