Great parent company, opportunities for advancement, supervisors actually do genuinely care about the employees.

Cons

The company spends so little on efforts for talent acquisition and development programs that a majority of time (>70%) to actually do work for supervisors, HR, and even facility managers is scrambling to recruit and fill vacancies. Since so much time is spent on this, not enough time is spent on actually employee engagement and keeping current folks happy. This creates a downward spiral and makes it impossible to keep up or get ahead.

Just Another Selfish Corporation- Rigid Back to the Office Plan

I liked my managers but I know that was not the case for everyone there.

Cons

Top leadership is always changing . Very rigid plan for getting people back into the office. They required everyone to go back to the office 3 days a week in late 2021. They kept track by reviewing key card scans into the building. Now that there is an upturn in Covid cases they still have not changed their policy. Mind you I get an email EVERYDAY that there are multiple employees out with Covid. Its completely ridiculous and obvious the health of their employees and public health is not a priority at all.

Cons

• Great disconnect between corporate teams and local operations • Very cheap, gives the impression of being a penny pincher • Extremely performance driven, no room for errors at all • Zero work-life balance for salary employees, 12+ hour shifts aren't appreciated, they are expected • On call 24/7 or you'll pay dearly for being out of touch • Lots of switching up and backstepping on policy • New systems launched with little to no training or change management
