      Interesting clients, smart and professional co-workers, opportunities to try a new service line or change locations.

      Cons

      Lack of relevant CPE as it is mostly focused on marketing. Increasingly toxic messaging around charge hours to the point that there is no opportunity to disconnect and refresh. Failure to follow flexible work arrangement. Rhetoric around "family members" - I like the people I worked with, but I have a real family and it's insulting to be referred to as family at work while the demands of the job pull me away from my actual family. Disconnect between firm leadership and employees.
