Pros
The company exists to make a difference, the sick time is incredibly generous and there are numerous groups to support diversity and inclusion. Staff are friendly.
Cons
Training is dismal at best, there are no prerecorded sessions and training manuals are either nonexistent or based on procedures that aren't done any longer. Staff are overworked and unable to effectively train new people as they also have their own work to do and don't have time. Raises at the higher end of the spectrum are still lower than inflation rates. You will train people who are hired at a higher pay rate than you while waiting months for an answer on your raise request. And expect for the CEO to ask you share and like his LinkedIn article during a townhall where questions regarding stagnating pay and staffing problems are ignored.
