      Pros

      Ordinary workers, managers, developers, team members are good people with knowledgeable skills. Senior management is largely clueless to the specific technologies at hand (from founder to VPs on down) they only use buzz words and fake it as much as possible, so you can dazzle them with limited knowledge. Easy to get by doing nothing and get paid average.

      Cons

      Small time corruption follows the lead from the top down. Ordinary nonsense lies and smooth talking senior management will mislead you and commonly manipulates employees into thinking they're understood and really nothing is happening.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities if you're ambitious and willing to put in the effort and time. Most everyone, especially non-management employees, are very competent.

      Cons

      A lot of people are not willing to put forth any extra effort to support their own growth. Growing pains on the whole for the company, management needs to communicate better with the employees.
