      Very political...NYS Doh pulls the strings..They don't provide raises or promotions unless you are related toanagement or VP/CIO

      Pros

      Flexible Hours - Can leave early if needed and take an emergency day off without trouble Friendly Project Managers - Willing to help clear things out, if asked Dental, Vision, Health - standard benefits

      Cons

      Lack of training - Incoming employees get sat down for a single meeting with a broad overview of the position, then get trained on a need to know basis over the next 6 months. Very slow to start up.

      No built in raises - you'll love keeping your interview skills sharp by interviewing elsewhere and watching CMA counter-offer you HR structure - the HR structure is so great you get a new title weekly Perform 10 different jobs - you'll never be bored because you get to do tons of different jobs and get paid for one Professional - hope you like hearing managers trash talk employees because it's all they do No new work - everyday is the same because they can't get any new contracts

      Cons

      The only con is the other reviews. One of the VPs at CMA emailed a bunch of employees asking them to write great reviews for CMA.
