I can't think of any. I was stressed out from the first day.

Cons

Office politics rule at CMA. It's more important to find the right people (even the client) to blame when a timeline slips than it is to find a solution. My former manager actually said that she thrives on chaos. That's not normally what one associates with software quality. The bathrooms are tiny with only two for the men and one for the women, too.
