Pros
You can really get by at CMA by simply being connected to Kay Stafford. Being a "Yes" man and sucking up is the only way it flies there.
Cons
Zero career management help. Many there have not gotten a raise in years unless they threatened to leave. Company treads on the name of Joe Bruno. Consultants and outside Project Managers are able to snow management into thinking their projects are successful and are on time and within budget. Do not threaten to shake things up as almost all clients are Government entities and cannot handle this.
