Some hardworking and talented employees who genuinely want to help Opportunities to learn quickly because you often have to figure things out on your own Industry itself has potential for growth Decent hands-on exposure to fabrication processes

Cons

Hostile communication from management at the Lindon Utah facility Lack of support, guidance, and clear expectations High stress environment caused by inconsistent leadership Employees frequently blamed for unclear or shifting requirements Morale is very low and turnover is high Little appreciation or recognition for extra effort Difficult to succeed because of poor communication and constant tension Unpredictable and emotionally draining atmosphere Cultural issues are systemic and not being addressed Professional boundaries are often ignored or disregarded

Micromanaged Conflicting verbal direction, to meet Management needs at the moment. They will add more work to your responsible to get done and expect it in less hours, Company nolonger cares about people, only the bottom line of making money.
