Pros

Office with a window and the breakroom just a few steps away. Free soda pop and donuts every second Friday. Good atmosphere at the head office, ample parking, tight security downstairs, and good matching 401k plan. All co-workers on my department's floor collaborated neatly. Good camaraderie generally.

Cons

Business cyclicality sometimes led to layoffs and nervous tension in the office. Internal training didn't seem sufficient. Annual reviews were a rigid process which could have benefitted from more substantial dialogue.

They will over work you and if you dont "brown nose", they give you more work
