I really don't see many. Like any job/company, you are forced to learn new and unique ways to improve every day, which can be difficult.

Pros

Growth with a company that is growing quickly. Intelligent and considerate leadership.

Cons

It's easy to lose yourself in the work. Management stresses work/life balance but it can be difficult because there is a lot of opportunity. As a commission based sales employee with unlimited income opportunity this can be considered a good problem to have.
