Pros

Flexible hours, teamwork, positive environment, bonuses, holidays off, fun and caring atmosphere, work from home.

Cons

Cannot think of any real cons other than the software/program used to enter most of the orders/invoices, etc.... it would be beneficial to upgrade to a more user-friendly and technologically advanced system.
