Pros

Great group of people who are fun to work with and make you feel supported. Cool projects in diverse markets keep things exciting. No limits on what you can do to advance your career within the company - management is receptive if you come to them with a plan.

Cons

The workload can get to be a lot sometimes. No true uniform standard for doing things; it changes based on the project manager.

Great people and work culture, horrible compensation and work-life balance

Pros

- Great people work here - Amazing work culture - About average benefits

Cons

- Starting pay is extremely low for engineering. Company works off a bonus structure were you get an extremely low salary for an engineer and are promised that it will be made up in bonuses that are spread out monthly at the end of the year. Even with the bonuses the compensation is low and causes you to live a majority of the year on a sub-par salary. -Very rough work-life balance. A lot of engineers there work 50-60+ hours a week. Because your work is directly for a Architect you often get stuck staying late(not uncommon to see people there past 10PM) to meet deadlines. It is clear that the owner and work is prioritized greatly over the engineers work-life balance. The worst thing is most of the principal engineers leave by 5 regardless of what project they have going out -Extremely hard to move up in the company, which means you’ll be at the bottom with low pay for some time.
