- Opportunities to work on cool projects and designs - Ability to take ownership of work at all stages of design/construction - Above average pay - Friendly knowledgeable people who are some of the smartest in the industry.

Cons

- Work/life balance is poor. - Company runs lean. Not staffed appropriately to handle number of projects. - Night/weekend work is not uncommon. Long hours. - Compensation is above average for the industry/location, but doesn’t track with annual company profit/growth. Pay doesn’t always make sense at the end of the year or correlate with workload. - Whether intentional or not, leadership seems to value growth of company over growth of individual. Individual growth path/trajectory in company is unclear.
