Cons

Lots of `lifers` who have never worked elsewhere and think Cn is God`s gift to mankind Abusive culture of working employees to the bone/tons of overtime Total chaos in the IT department no more bonus, cutback on benefits uninspiring CEO, lead by fear

Great people at the non-executive level Good benefits and excellent employee share plan

Cons

Recent executive team is all about money for themselves with zero caring or compassion for employees as illustrated by recent major layoffs even though the company is still making over $1 billion in profits.

Pros

The paycheque and benefits are good but in line with industry standards, even though they try to sell you that they are above industry.

Cons

Lot's of nepotism, VPs hire their immediate family and promote them over more qualified employees. This creates a mid-level management that is very inexperienced and jealous of high performing employees.
