Pros

Salary is good, compensation at a senior level is very good. Ability to work cross country within operations is easily attainable.

Cons

Terrible culture, culture of fear still prevalent. Operations is definitely a man's world. They tell you to speak up without fear of reprisal when something is against the "code" or just plain wrong... I don't know anyone who still works there who has spoken up.

Compensation is generous, office location is very central and the building is being renovated

Cons

No company alignment, teams passing blame to each other all the time, standards are expected to be followed but not properly explained, not a lot of room for advancement, slow HR department
