Good benefit, good salary, good coworker.

Cons

Bad condition, on call all day of the week and almost 1 weekend on two. They don't care about environment only on press release, they put tie everywhere drop anti poison ivy everywhere in farmer drain. disgusting.

work/life balance is non-existent. Management always thinks they know best, despite never working the actual job and only having experience managing teenagers at a McDonald's.
