- Fear based culture - Hostile communications - No transparency - No working from home - VP of technology with no experience in IT, doesn't know how to make a PowerPoint. - Constantly shifting priorities and project scope, making it hard to accomplish anything. - Employee layoffs: the strategy to make up for market loss - Employees taking the workload of laid-off employees, leading to burnouts - 100-year-old company with 100-year-old mentality - Toxic work environment - No growth opportunities - Removed bonus for employees but not for executives
