The salary is great the yearly bonuses are also nice and the insurance medical expenses all that coverage is overall great

Cons

No proper training is provided you are expected to figure out how everything works by yourself you do not get any help whatsoever everyone is ready to throw each other under the bus just to progress in there position and if you are an underperformer you're thrown to the wolves
