Pros

The promise of a good paycheque, eventually. If they keep you around long enough to qualify.

Cons

After 3 months of training, all Saskatoon location trainees got laid off with no indication of rehire anytime soon. Very little job security for new hires.

We strive hard to create a work environment where all employees have an opportunity to develop and grow their career. We unfortunatley had to lay off some conductors last year but are in the process of calling people back. We hope to see you back at CN soon.
