Box isn't big enough.. but start with hours, shift, treatment of employees, unsafe work, forced hours, etc

Safety is a core value at CN, and we make sure to provide our employees with the necessary tools and training to work safely. Great pay, 7 days on 7 days off work schedule. Company pays for hotel, mileage 3hrs travel time to work 3 hrs travel time home, perdium 9 days a week

Away from home for 7 days.

Pay is great, so is the retirement, shares and retirement.

Cons

5 on 2 off. Only senior guys get weekends off while the other 90% of everyone else does not.
