Toxic workplace & management. They pay well as it is bribes to return. There is a tremendous amount of turnover and the positions aren’t replaced. They generously allow the work to be absorbed by remaining staff.

-The work was pretty boring overall and didn't inspire me to take on additional responsibilities -They say you can get a bonus up to X%, but then they say that nobody ever is rated that high and that 3/5 is baseline which corresponds to half of X% -High turnover in the department means positions shuffling around frequently. Disruptions in work due to certain events that occurred last year, instability in general -Not enough people to answer my questions sometimes -Overall, I feel like I didn't learn as much as I would have liked over a year into my career -5 year vesting schedule for retirement contributions, 2 year payback for the move bonus
