CNA is an industry-leading organization. They are at the forefront of technology for employees as well as agents, and have made it very easy to do business with use of these resources. There is great opportunity for advancement within the organization, but as with any organization of this size, you may need to be open to relocation. Also, there are also great resources available from within to help with professional growth.

Cons

Health insurance plan. You'd think that an insurance company would offer a great plan, but that is no longer the case in this day and age. High deductible plans rule, but I guess that's in part due to governmental intervention in this arena.
