      The people who you don't work for. Other than that nothing.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, the tone at the top, change in leadership all contribute to an awful environment. The pay is low and they didn't give out much bonuses this year. The management is terrible and this place is extremely caddy and clicky.

      Benefits, except pay, were ok

      LOW pay given competition. They try to tell you in orientation that the pay has been researched and is competitive with the industry, which I have found to be false. I left because of a lay-off, interviewed at multiple competitors and the pay was $10K-$15K higher.
