      Pros

      CNA has a huge reputation and name. It's also got a great location, right in the loop, if you're located at the Home Office.

      Cons

      Management is a mess. There are so many power struggles and miscommunication from management. Work is often bottle-necked and, often, management neglects to provide the big picture behind the work they ask of their employees.

      There are some management where you seriously have to ask yourself, "how in the world did THEY get that job?" And, these are the people who will pull you down everyday and dumb you down. Worse is that no one does anything about it and you either decided one day you are sick of it and leave or you just become completely brain dead!
