Pros

Many intellectually challenging ideas and issues to be dealt with. Efforts made to share information with employees. The location is very nice.

Cons

Cost cutting to the extreme; made for an unpleasant atmosphere. Several Sr. Managers did not stop working, causing those below them to feel poorly for not being interested in late meetings and so forth.

Pros

Good compensation and benefits. Very fair work/life balance. People friendly environment. Would recommend to those seeking the structured, corporate lifestyle.

Cons

CNA fits the the definition of Corporate. It is bureaucracy at it's finest. That may be Ok for some people, but motivated employees who would like to be challenged should be warned that the opportunities are not there. I have worked in three different departments and it has been the same throughout.

Very good middle to lower level management and employees.

Cons

Upper management is new and has no idea on how to lead the company. The future of CNA as a company is looking very bleak.
