Pros

The opportunity to learn new skills. Ability to work from home.

Cons

It is a disadvantage having managers that don't understand the tools their managing. Also, my team didn't have a manager for many months and it didn't seem to be a priority to resolve.

Pros

Great for families due to telecommute policy, flexible schedules, and generous leave policy for vacation and holidays. Company 401k matching and profit sharing really adds up.

Cons

Too many managers/VP's, too much work expected from lower level employees, no room for improvement as managers cling to their positions.
