Pros

CNA has a huge reputation and name. It's also got a great location, right in the loop, if you're located at the Home Office.

Cons

Management is a mess. There are so many power struggles and miscommunication from management. Work is often bottle-necked and, often, management neglects to provide the big picture behind the work they ask of their employees.

Benefits, family friendly environment. People seem to stay there for a long time and they are happy.

Cons

Used to be a stable place to work where everyone enjoyed working. Now people are afraid of being layed off. New CEO and his board have made many changes resulting in instability and layoffs.
