      Company Was Working Against Itself

      Pros

      Well funded organization. Used to pay well.

      Cons

      When I was with the company (it has been several years ago), it was all about billing hours. Results didn't matter much, as long as you billed hours. And we were billing hours against other parts of the company. Lots of bogus billing going on.

      Good compensation 37.5 work guidelines, never practiced.

      Cons

      Not a good workplace, hostile, lots of weekend work. Family/work balance not there. Management both upper and mid-level do not care about employees. there are more chief's then indians

      Good location, Work/Life balance, Good brand, paid time off ok, enjoyed co-workers

      Cons

      No transparency or collaboration with communication Poor middle and upper management leadership Business strategy and vision not clearly defined Pay for work. Despite your hard work and effort you never recieve any type of promotion or raise. Performance goals are constantly changed making them unattainable. Human resources organization is never available or never stays abreast or resolve issues. They say open door policy but usually your concerns are left at the door and never followed-up on. Many lay-offs
