IT is outsourced beyond belief and it causes major headaches for the skeleton crew left to man the ship. When people leave, they aren't replaced and their duties get dumped onto those still around. Multiple complaints over years about an employee to HR and nothing is ever done. No clear promotion ladder.

- "Continuous learning" is preached, but only on the job. If I wanted to take actual classes to advance my skills at a university, it wasn't supported. - Unclear goals, moving targets after team layoff and reorganization. Lack of focus and strategy. - Lack of professionalism/respect from upper management.
