Management is clueless. They are trying to move everything to India that they can and the computer systems are so antiquated they break constantly and management won't invest in them. They purchased new phone system in the claims and customer service area and installed it when it did not work correctly from the get go and everybody had to deal with phone systems that would not allow you to transfer a call internally???? boy oh boy what a bunch of clueless idiots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lots of good talent is leaving. IT has very old legacy applications and they are constantly choosing new outsourcers. No investment in people and systems. Morale is super low due to IT leaders who are more concerned about themselves. Poor culture.
