      Pros

      Everyone goes out of their way to meet you. It's very easy to move internally, as CNA encourages mobility from one area to another.

      Cons

      CNA seemed to have a defeated feel. No one truly seemed excited with the work that they were doing. It also felt like we were way behind in terms of technology and design.

      Pros

      I had a great team and worked with many strong contributors. They provide a good work/life balance. I felt i was fairly compensated for my work.

      Cons

      Leadership is out of touch with what is happening at the ground level. Trying to do too much with not enough resources. The environment is very political and can be tiresome.

      Pros

      CNA offers good benefits and some departments allow a decent level of work-life balance. The emphasis on professional development and encouraging internal talent is great.

      Cons

      Jobs are tenuous as the company cuts costs. Employees not always being used to the best of their abilities, and some are asked to do more than they can do well. The overall opposition to working from home and flexible hours shows a lack of trust in employees.
