CNA has been good to me

Pros

I genuinely like nearly all of the people I work with. I am not in IT, but I have a very good relationship with all of my colleagues in that department. I have been with the company for a long time and have had many opportunities to grow professionally in that time. I had a particularly good relationship with an SVP who changed my life by giving me new opportunities. Unfortunately they were let go a few years ago during a regime change and things went downhill. I wouldn't say things are bad now, but they are definitely not the same. Then again, neither am I. For this reason, I am seriously considering moving on.

Cons

Old school. Conservative. Risk-averse. No mandate to excel from a technology point of view. I have survived many rounds of layoffs.

Pros

Four weeks of PTO plus other incentives to get additional days and allows PTO purchase. 37.5 hour work weeks. Everyone you are working with is extremely driven and intelligent so learning comes easy.

Cons

The medical plans are a little expensive but they offer $1000 a year toward an HSA plan which offsets the cost.
