Pros

Nice cafe, free gym and parking

Cons

Low pay by industry standards which contributes to high turnover. The company thrives on nepotism and favoritism. This is a common complaint internally, but it's part of the company culture

Pros

Nice office, good place to get your career started

Cons

Not a place you want to stay. No career advancement, management is awful and constantly changing. You'll never have the same boss for more than 6 months

Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry to hear that COCC was not a long-term option for you. While we have seen some restructuring lately to better serve our clients, our management team is full of dedicated individuals, most of whom have worked their way up into a leadership role.

Pros

Federal holidays off PTO for your birthday 2 Floating holidays to use 160 hours PTO Some great managers. They try to take care of employees

Cons

COCC is reactive to market forces and labor requirements. They frequently let teams drown in work before getting another person to come in and help out. Long training times means by the time a new person is hired, they still won't be able to reduce the workload for 6 to 12 months
