      Pros

      I believe over all that COCC is a decent company to work for.

      Cons

      -The forcing of being onsite 3x/week -The back and forth on how productive we were as a remote company for almost 3 years -The removal of free lunches while still being forced onsite 3x/week -Poor management

      Pros

      Many opportunities for advancement as proven by the high volume of promotions that occur each year. Strong focus on promoting from within. The company has had steady growth for several years. Executives are highly accessible and openly communicate with the staff. Positive work culture is continually reinforced.

      Cons

      Complex business. Fast-paced. Lots to learn - and quickly. Every day brings a new challenge.

      Great Company, Great Benefits, We're a Family!

      Pros

      COCC is a family type atmosphere where everyone works together to solve problems. Although ramp-up time is slow for new employees due to the multitude of products we support, there are "go to" people and buddies to help new employees navigate both the organization and the technology. COCC really supports continual education with learning tracks and external training that rivals some of the larger companies. COCC really cares about its customers and its customers really care about COCC. I guess that is what a cooperative is all about... :-)

      Cons

      -Pay is not as high as the larger companies. - Avon CT is not easy to get to
