coworkers are very welcoming, most people are eager to help you, lots of free trainings and fun extracurricular activities

Cons

difficult to get a promotion, need to ask a year in advance unless someone in that position leaves, tiny salary bump every year regardless of your performance, different teams are very cliquey

No debt Never any layoffs No typical profit-motive. The company is owned as a collective by its financial institution clients. Lots of doting on employees via bonuses, profit sharing, meals, trainings, PTO, etc. Less than 10% turnover

Cons

Upper management can sometimes play favorites Still reactionary to many problems
