Cons

Call center Terrible work life balance Difficult to request PTO Callers on weekends and nights are especially rude Management doesn't display concern over employees needs

It was a good starting role for an internship. I learned a lot, and I was pleased to have the opportunity to learn from the experience.

Cons

A little more structure to the internship program would be beneficial, seeing as some interns felt out of place and didn't know what to do.
