They are very focused on their employees’ wellness & careers. Subsidized lunches, free food very often, free chair massages once a month. After a year of service you’re eligible for the profit share and bonuses. Generous PTO of 20 days plus 10 holidays. Fitness reimbursement, charity matching, a PTO day for volunteer work. Everyone is happy to be there and pleasant to work with

Cons

They are growing quickly and experiencing growing pains. It can be chaotic but you’re never alone
