Pros

There are several different departments ranging from IT to Customer Service to Platform Management. This means that with a positive outlook and hard work, you are able to make lateral moves as well! Promotions happen all the time internally and there are annual merit increases if you're doing your job well! Other pros are generous PTO, catered subsidized food, optional remote days, in house training courses, monthly chair massages, an HR team that actually listens to the employees and our wants/needs...the list can go on for days.

Management really cares about your opinions and values your input, great work/life balance, great benefits, plenty of PTO!

Cons

New business means a lot of growth, I feel like some parts of the company need to be better staffed to help with that growth.
