Pros

Positive environment, great perks to promote a healthy work life balance, all of the executives are approachable/easily accessible, and lots of opportunities to grow your career!

Cons

If you are new to the industry there is a lot to learn. The upside is there is a whole catalog available of training classes and great collaboration/knowledge sharing between departments. Everyone is more than happy to help a new employee and point them in the right direction.

Pros

Management cares about their employees and there is a strong focus on employee engagement. They have fun events and even a coffee hour were you can meet the CEO and other executives.

Cons

Salary can be somewhat competitive.

Pros

There are several different departments ranging from IT to Customer Service to Platform Management. This means that with a positive outlook and hard work, you are able to make lateral moves as well! Promotions happen all the time internally and there are annual merit increases if you're doing your job well! Other pros are generous PTO, catered subsidized food, optional remote days, in house training courses, monthly chair massages, an HR team that actually listens to the employees and our wants/needs...the list can go on for days.
