Thanks so much for this review! We agree – growing is always a challenge, but we believe our employees are up for it! With that in mind, we’re always thinking of ways that we can keep showing our employees our appreciation and support for their hard work and commitment. Just this week we announced several new ways that we are reinvesting in our employee base for 2019, including an annual floating holiday, paid adoption leave, and an increased investment into matching HSA contributions, just to name a few.

Thank you for the review! We know a lot of employees have commutes from all over Connecticut and even Massachusetts. For employees with very long commutes, we're always looking at ways to be more flexible, especially during bad weather.

Pros

The company cares about it's people and it's clients. The company has a young vibe that helps drive teamwork and an innovative spirit that you do not see at many other places. Many of us are also friends and hangout together after work. We work hard but we do it with people we like and a management team that acknowledges our efforts. We also receive report cards from our clients who are also great about acknowledging our efforts.
