Pros

COCC supports a strong work-life balance, provides training for both technical and soft skills to all employees. The people are friendly and management is approachable. Both offices have complimentary coffee all day. Southington has complimentary soda and a fitness room...Avon has pizza and salad lunches every Friday and are able to wear jeans every day.

Cons

Can not think of any negatives...this is truly a great place to work.
