Lower pay than industry average Bad culture, the senior team members harass juniors rather than help them develop Lack of direction and respect from senior team members Very hard to collaborate with other groups Very high employee turnover, and lack of advancement opportunities within the company

Unstructured and Unbalanced projects Extreme micromanagement 0 Job security HRs puppets of management Hire and Fire: You don't know when will be your last day. They can fire without a notice. Employee's rights are not respected and practiced.
