Cons

Customers were horrible as to be expected. Cogeco is behind in technology so it was hard to retain customers when they were leaving the provider to go elsewhere.

Fantastic coworkers, ego-free environment, stunning office with a picturesque city view, highly competitive salary, outstanding benefits package, supportive management team, flexible work arrangements allowing for either remote or in-office work according to preference, and a stable company.

Lot's of technologies and projects to work on. Great management where they facilitate growth and learning capabilities. Well paying and great multicultural environment to work in.

Cons

Depends on the manager you get, some of them don't have a clue on how to be useful.
