It used to be a better company to work for. It has become more of a revolving door lately. Senior management changes have made it feel more like an big faceless company versus a family run business which it used to be. People are not as eager to work hard for the company anymore . Very secretive and paranoid. Keep your eyes open an watch your back.

Extremely hard to get ahead in this company. Raises, bonuses, and advancement based on a mathematical formula, not on you personally. AHT, Average handle time on calls is the most important factor in this and is king. This is what they base everything on. Pay is below average for the amount of work. Management does not care about you, only AHT. The base salary was higher in previous years, they do not pay as much now. You are expected to work any and all shifts and the scheduling is all over the place, which makes it impossible to work another job on the side. This is intended. The company barely has enough parking for everyone, or enough seats during peak hours, and if you have trouble finding either, they will count you as late.
