- Some departments are better than others - Pay is OK - Benefits are OK

Cons

- Departments work in silos - Upper management plays musical chairs - Middle management doesn't know how to prioritize (because their boss may change from year to year) - "We're like a family here" - Doesn't believe in confidentiality - In some departments, professional behaviour seems to be a suggestion instead of a requirement for the job
