Good work environment. Very competent people in most cases. Possibilities for advancement if you know how to play the game. Very stable financially and they pay well.
Cons
It used to be a better company to work for. It has become more of a revolving door lately. Senior management changes have made it feel more like an big faceless company versus a family run business which it used to be. People are not as eager to work hard for the company anymore . Very secretive and paranoid. Keep your eyes open an watch your back.

Market competitive wages Decent benefits Care and act on employee feedback Good working environment with location/work-from home flexibility Very active employee social club So many long time staff and knowledgeable employees who are passionate about what they do. Very culturally diverse staff whose lived and worked experiences add so much to the working environment.
Cons
Outdated tools for my department but as a whole the company is making large strides in replacement of older software. A lot of re-orgs. I know it's a competitive market but constant change in managerial structures and responsibilities have been tough on morale.

There are some amazing managers at Cogeco who really support growth and development opportunities. Cogeco is lucky enough to have some amazing people working for them that are very knowledgable and extremely helpful. They are very supportive when it comes to work/life balance and are very flexible with work arrangements.
Cons
School-yard politics among co-workers can make this a difficult place to be.

None! most employees are unhappy. Horrible work environment. Harassment is tolerated and even encouraged in some departments.

Bad managers and leadership. Do as you are told even if it's wrong.
