Pros
The company calls itself a product company but it actually is a Services company providing bug-fixing services to another Product based company with the same name. I was lucky to grab a trip to Germany for a month. Recommendation - in case you are planing to join the company, make sure you make your notice period to be 1 month even after probation period. Negotiate for this, otherwise find another company. There are a lot of better companies out there.
Cons
Everything about this company can be called fake. They have fake HR policies, no documentation for processes and to top it all, they have no ethical values. There is no actual employee bonding activities. Founding team loves to play favourites with prejudice. All the top management pretend to know technology. Apart a few exceptions, others love to flaunt their Apple products. The company has a weird policy of having to serve 3 months of notice period or pay a hefty amount to leave otherwise. I had to bear the 3 month notice period during which time they overload you with fresh work everyday.
