no pros no time constraint..even working for an hour daily will give u full paycheckk

Cons

All the good reviews were written by HR and management. Hiring and firing policies no tech stack false commitment by HR JD makes u fool Funding is good but no one wants to spend it on technology Not a single person is good at technology even architects.. having 15 20 yrs exp showoff and big political game Offering good paycheck to new comers but if u look at technology they use then its nightmare.. No cloud, No devops, no automation, all manual QAs, still using php, outdated java, monolithic application, old stack like elasticsearch2.1.. list of cons are big.. better not to expose them all

Remove old timers from product leadership & development roles in PxP

Competive compensation,but this is also the cause of the issues below.

All the old timers in PXP do not have real world skills. These people have hogged position of responsibility only because they were early. I challenge the management to hire an independent audit agency and conduct their interviews. None of these people will pass. No one outside of Contentserv will hire them. The product does not sell.Here too the old timers are responsible.They do not allow anyone to change the architecture and play political dramas. These people are paid atleast 2.5x of what their real skills are. They do not do any work and offload all their work to developers like me . I have worked for 12+ hours per day to make sure the product survives. At the end my manager played political drama with me.

Thanks a lot for sharing your feedback with us. We understand that your experience has been less than ideal regarding some areas. We do acknowledge the need for the right skillset to be in place for people to fulfil the role requirements effectively irrespective of the tenure within the company. There is a continuous effort being put in helping the colleagues at all levels to upskill/reskill themselves to perform their roles more effectively and deliver value. Also, we do conduct constant performance feedback exercises to help the people understand their strengths and areas of improvements. Thanks for your suggestion for the independent review however the way our performance management processes are set, we always ensure there are right set of people for the work they do. Politics Favouritism by managers Job security zero - They will kick you as per there need. If you good at buttering then you will stick for long time.
